Awesome set! How do you get that clean painty look in 1 and 3?

I usually use a combination of Topaz Clean (on low opacity before resizing, Smart Sharpen does pretty similar job too), Blur Tool (after resizing I go with the blur tool over the grainy parts on the face) & finally duplicate the layer and use High Pass (on soft light) to make the features pop.

I thought Topaz might be involved! I'll play around with those things and see if I can get cool results too, thanks!
