2022 #3 - watch-a-ton s02e03 + somein30 set.

Hi, everyone! It's time for another round of he watchaton - moving on from last round are Mary Wordwell, Sabrina Spellman & John Constantine, joined by 7 new random characters. I also loved this month's theme @ somein30, so I made a small set for it too. I chose extra hard mode this time, for some reason that seemed easiest for me :D I'm pretty much happy with how it turned out, although it's not as cohesive as I would have liked, but whatever. Without further ado, let's move on to the icons!

Sabrina Spellman & Mary Wordwell Chilling Adventures of Sabrina 02x03 Yep, the problem here are definitely the mortal storylines, they pretty much ruin what would have been a great show. All the characters are unbearable, as were the scenes with them. I enjoyed the scenes with Nicholas as always, he & Mary are my favourite characters so far.

Jane Doe Blindspot 02x13 The show would have been amazing if it was one season only. It has a very interesting premise, but after a while it just gets repetetive and I kinda lost interest in it. The episode itself wasn't that interesting either, yes, they were some answers to the main mystery, but the tattoo of the week storyline was weak.

Courtney Whitmore Stargirl 02x01 The first season was quiet enjoyable, so I had high hopes for this, but except the last 5 minutes nothing else was worth it. But it did set up this season, which might turn up quite good. Young ISA is coming and I'm excited for Green Lantern's daughter, and Starman is alive!! So many things to look forward to.

Crazy Eyes Orange Is The New Black 03x05 This is still highly enjoyable, but there are too many characters to keep track of. And sadly no man eye candy can be found, so not on the top of my list to finish :D

Maddie Bishop Siren 01x03 This is bit slow going for my taste, but I find the mythology interesting. And the main lead is hot, so that's a plus.

John Constantine Legends of Tomorrow 06x11 I always wonder if the actors in this show feel awful starring in this show or they have the time of their life. This was another ridiculous episode and I loved it. Still too much focus on the new characters though, but considering 2 people are going to leave the team soon, I guess they're trying to warm up the new ones. Bad choice, they just need to scrap them and try to find new ones that will actually fit the team.

Kate Littlejohn For the People 02x01 This was a pretty good mix between fun & drama, but that's a given for a Shondaland production. Kate ended up being one of my favourites last season, I hope they don't sideline her now. And Jay is like the cutest thing :D

Technical Boy American Gods 03x01 Once Bryan Fuller leave a show it can never recover. I really enjoyed season 1, but with all the BTS drama and actors leaving (or getting fired) left and right, S2 was such a mess. Anyway, at least they have big budget so everything looks great and the CGI is awesome. The episode was not that bad either, but for a season opener it wasn't that exciting

Bree O’Brien Chesapeake Shores 02x03 Good, heartfelt episode. This is the typical Hallmark brand and I just love small town family dramas. I mean it's not anything I haven't seen before, but it's still extremely watchable, the time went by so fast.

What a gorgeous somein30 set! I love that you used so many different genres yet somehow made them cohesive!

I'm especially wowed by the icon for classical - the composition is so wonderfully intricate, and the lack of colour keeps it from being chaotic. Super super gorgeous icon!
The pop icon of course keeps grabbing my eye, what a fun icon to look at! Love the extra bold colors and the animation.

It's really hard to pick favorites cause these are all so pretty tbh, I really love all the detailed compositions, from the fun use of fonts in 11 and the clever use of the provided texture in 12 to the extra complex composition in 13! 20 is super gorgeous as well, super cool texture use and this legit looks like it could be a cover of a metal album :D

Your compositions and colourings are so amazing as always! I love all the characters icons, and 12, 13, 16 and 17 from the music set are incredible! Special shout-to to 15 though, such a unique composition and ethereal vibe!
