He is.
I also love the actor even though he is German, i usually don't like my own home countries actors XD

You haven't missed much XD
There aren't a lot of good german actors. Maybe that's because we tend not to make good movies.
A friend of mine and i have seen Freier Fall two weeks ago. It wasn't bad.
Haven't seen Die Welle yet.
But i read the books in school.

Oh you take German as foreign language?
The only other actors i can recommend are Ken Duken, Daniel Brühl (althougt technically he is Spanish XD), Kostja Uhlmann and i like Sebastian Strobel a lot but unfortunately he has a bad taste in movies XD.
I only really loved one tv show he made.

That was pretty impressive. *gg*
Any particular reason why you did take German?
If you wanna try something new try Störtebecker (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0489564/?ref_=rvi_tt) with Ken Duken first, if you can get your hands on that one.
I am a huge Störebecker fan. We actually have been to the isle of Rugia in the Baltic Sea were they have a huge outdoor stage. so their plays are on the stage and they have a actual ship they sail on the Baltic Sea to the set. It's pretty impressive. And i would like to go more often. Looks like this (http://www.abacho.de/wp-content/uploads/stoertebeker_festspiele.jpg).
Maybe you have heard of the famous german pirate of the 14th century?

My first Brühl movie was "Der ganz große Traum". (http://www.abacho.de/wp-content/uploads/stoertebeker_festspiele.jpg)

And if you wanna try another one it's more like a romantic comedy but i love it its with Kostja Ullman and called "Groupies bleiben nicht zum Frühstück". (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1620466/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1)

Oh btw have you seen "Heiter bis Wolkig" with Max Riemelt?

Oh i didn't know that.
I assumed it's mandatory to take languages like English, french etc.
I had to take english and could decide between french and russian.
I took russian. But please don't ask me to say something. It's pretty much gone XD

Oh yeah it's pretty hard to come by german movies :/
We have a very odd movie policy. For example if something aired on german tv you only can watch it up to 7 days after it aired. After that it's gone.
We are fighting for a 30 day extension but it's hard.
Sometimes we Germans are waaaaay to complicated.
I just had a look at Netflix Germany but unfortunately not one of the movies is on there...

German is not that easy to learn, especially with der die das and the other stuff.
Yep we like it non definable and complicated. That's us XD
So you can pretty proud of yourself. If you have learned German you can learn pretty much every other language.
Have you ever been to Germany?

Don't get me started on German tv politics. Seems like we Germans love our Trash tv a lot . Don't ask me why i don't watch regular tv at all. XD
We have some tv shows but they are mostly not my taste.
The only really intresting show i have seen in the last couple of years was "Weißensee".
Sometimes i think we only like to do shows/films about WWII, the Third Reich, the time after the Third Reich or about great German Poets like Shiller, Goethe etc.
I heard about "Im Angesicht des Verbrechens" (it's actually on Netflix Germany and already on my list) and if it's not too much trouble let me know what you think.
Hopefully i get my hands on "Deutschland 83" soon.
It aired in the US first and as far as i heard it shouldn't be that bad.^^
And since i am born around that time in Former East Germany i am very intrested in that time period.

That sounds like a really great plan.
What do you work? Or do you study?

Munich is not bad (been there only once when brother studied there) but i must admit there are German regions i like a lot more. Maybe because i prefer them. I don't know.
I love the North Sea and the coast of the Baltic sea. I love water. And the people who live there. I actually moved to North Germany 11 years ago for my job.
I live in a very history-charged region were German tribes fought of the Romans for good and they decided to stay at the other end of the river Rhine *gg*
I like to visit the battleside of the Battle of Varus as often as i can.
I also love the castles along the River Rhine and all the history in that region.
Or i am going up to the Harz mountains this weekend to see the famous "Hexentanzplatz". And beautiful historical buildings in the region and a lot of dark and grim forests... it's going to be great. Can't wait to get on my motorcycle to go over there :D
But also love the region were i grew up near the border to the Czech republilc. Not only we have the Sudeten mountains we also have a lot of history there. My grandma lived in the Sudeten but after Germany lost the WWII she had to move to another region because her home town is now in the Czech republic. Uh sorry.. got carried away ther... ups. XD

And wait a minute?! oO Why did nobody tell me that Max Riemelt is in that show?!
Now i need to see that ASAP. XD

These are gorgeous! Ahh I <3 Wolfgang, he's so attractive haha. The rainbow you have in your post looks so good and also shows that you can work with EVERY colour which is so impressive! Favs include #4 - amazing texture use and tiny text! #9 - the background texture looks so good and the green/yellow colouring is amazing! I love #9 and 14, the vibrancy of the background is so stunning and the bright colouring on Wolfgang's face is so gorgeous! My 100% favourite of the whole set is #20, OMG, the cutout, the texture, the contrast, the style, it's AMAZING. O_O And I also really like #23, the cyan/yellow colour combination is gorgeous and the contrast and glowy look is so perfect! <3

An ovation for Wolfgang, yes! I really like the rainbow you have in this post :). My favorite are #1, #6 (I really like the texture here), #10 (VIBRANT COLORS), and #17 (the meme "i watch for the plot" comes to mind).
